Support and Resources for Caregivers and Loved Ones

We understand that the complex needs surrounding a life-limiting illness often extend to family and friends as well. That is why at Beth Israel Lahey Health At Home, we help you and your loved ones navigate the end-of-life experience, alleviate stresses associated with providing care and find support following a loss.

Each member of our Supportive Services team is specifically trained in providing end-of-life care and works to ensure that your hospice services align with your personal goals and beliefs.

Services can include:

  • Psychosocial support by a licensed medical social worker
  • Pastoral services
  • Bereavement support groups and other services

Our support services are provided free of charge to anyone in the community regardless of whether you or your loved one has received care from a Beth Israel Lahey Health At Home service or facility. Please contact our bereavement team directly by email or call 781-756-2488.

Beth Israel Lahey Health At Home licensed medical social workers are available to anyone directly connected with a patient’s care. Our focus is on:

Our chaplains represent and respect all denominations and provide:

  • Confidential and respectful emotional and spiritual care for patients and loved ones affected with a terminal illness
